Mix Restaurant sits inside Orange County’s sizeable Hilton Anaheim, which is located right next to the Anaheim Convention Center and across the street from The Disneyland Resort. The lobby has a sleek, modern and welcoming design, as does Mix with its warm dark woods, sophisticated minimalism and subdued golden lighting. Expect simple unfussy fare, from starters like the romaine and baby kale Caesar or the wild mushroom flatbread to the bevy of burgers designated for the main course. California dominates the small wine list, although there is a smattering of European labels to be had. Vacationers and convention-goers can start their day with breakfast items such as eggs Benedict or corned beef hash, or end their day with a slice of molten fudge cake or vanilla crème brûlée.
