THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES Mussel Bar & Grille Baltimore Restaurant Review:

Washington, DC chef Robert Wiedmaier is known for Marcel’s and Brasserie Beck. He serves up yet another taste of his Belgian homeland with his third Mussel Bar & Grille, this one in Baltimore’s high-energy Harbor East neighborhood. The industrial chic space with its chalkboard-stylized black pillars and central bar with multiple TV screens tempts guests with 43 craft and Belgian beers, including the exclusive Cry Baby IPA, Antigoon and BRABO Pils. A soundtrack from the late '60s and early '70s hums subtly in the background as you peruse a menu offering choices from the raw bar to steamed mussels; we recommend the spicy Thai green curry version with a side of house-cut fries. Steak frites, grilled rare ahi Niçoise and the Maine lobster roll are the top choices from the reasonably priced entrée list. The warm Berger Cookie bread pudding or house-made ice creams and sorbets will be just the right sweet finish to lunch, dinner or brunch.
