THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Paseo Caribbean Restaurant Restaurant Review:

You may have to wait in line to eat at this informal Fremont spot, but know that the flavor-packed pork sandwiches are worth it. The pork loin is grilled over an open flame, and the pork shoulder is slow-roasted to a tender bite. The savory meat is then piled onto toasted baguettes, slathered with aïoli, and topped with fresh cilantro, pickled jalapeños, crisp romaine and caramelized onions. If you’re not in the mood for pork, there’s a wide variety of grilled seafood and a marinated chicken breast. The small sandwich shop has limited table seating, so it's best to plan on ordering take-out. Depending on the season, you may find the restaurant closed, so be sure to check the website before making the trip. Also located at 6226 Seaview Ave. NW, Ballard, 206-789-3100.
