In the mood for a good pizza, one that gets its slightly charred and crispy crust from a 1,000-degree wood-burning Stefano Ferrara oven? Look no further than Brooklyn transplant Paulie Gee's Miami. Pizzas are made with Caputo 00 flour, a non-negotiable component when it comes to creating true Neapolitan pies as set forth by Italy's Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani. Try the Hellboy version topped with fresh mozzarella, Italian tomatoes, Berkshire hot sopressata, Parmigiano Reggiano and Mike's hot honey for a spicy meets sweet finish, or one of the cashew ricotta vegan alternatives. Also available are salad and soup, and an off-menu eggplant Parm that'll feed an entire table. To end the meal, Mike's hot honey sundae and the Nutella pie go hand in hand like pizza and soda. Dairy-free and vegan sorbet and ice cream are options, too.
