Pedalers Fork Restaurant Review:

Pedalers Fork is part of a unique complex, part bicycle shop (specializing in high-end Moots bikes), coffee shop and relatively ambitious restaurant, all encased in a rustic-chic, indoor-outdoor environment that has the vibe of a mid-century modern home with reclaimed wood and vintage bicycles. Chef Dan Murray, who sources exclusively from local farms, turns out a menu that includes many options for vegetarians, vegans and people who just like to live and eat healthy. A long list of snacks and starters proposes smoked chicken liver pâté with blueberry-chipotle jam, ceviche and flatbreads. Larger plates include a quinoa burger and the more indulgent Reuben sandwich, as well as pan-roasted chicken in red wine sauce. Among desserts are a bittersweet chocolate candy bar and Greek yogurt panna cotta. There’s a creative menu for kids here, and a thoughtful, predominantly California wine list and more than 30 craft beers. For bikers fueling up before a morning ride, breakfasts run the gamut from granola to Benedict.
