Piazza Italia Restaurant Review:

The Schettini family, homesick for their home country, have successfully re-created a typical Italian dining experience. Several TV’s are perpetually tuned to Italian news and soccer channels, while a musician circulates the room, playing and singing traditional Italian songs and opera. Pasta is the dish to order, especially the bucatini all’amatriciana; the linguine squarciarella (egg, prosciutto, onion, Parmesan and black pepper); or pappardelle al cinghiale (wild boar). We also recommend the meatballs, made from a mix of beef, veal and Parmesan. Start with an insalata caprese or the insalata bresaola (arugula with dry-cured beef). House-made gelato will make you say "bene" more than once. A brief but reputable wine list adds to the pleasure. On a summer evening, front sidewalk tables provide a fine spot to linger.
