This branch of a primarily Arizona chain offers modern takes on Middle Eastern specialties at winning prices. You can begin with a spanakopita with delicate phyllo or a lavash bread “quesadilla.” Main courses include wood-fired salmon and Indian-inspired tikka masala along with more expected items like a chicken shwarma wrap and Greek salad. A Philly cheesesteak pita is just as messy, but healthier than the original concept. A short list of global wines and craft beers is provided, and desserts range from baklava to carrot cake. This is a good spot for vegetarians---there are several veggie burgers and wraps---or anybody looking for a healthy meal.
