Place at Perry's serves all-natural Niman Ranch beef and chops as part of its mission to create a more sustainable menu. While meat is the star, the line-up also includes environmentally friendly poultry and seafood choices such as quail stuffed with andouille cornbread and topped with sweet Prince Charles Drambuie sauce and lightly fried Texas-style lobster. The Prime bone-in rib-eye is cooked to your preference with a nice sear and a tangy flavor with the roasted shallot au jus. Sides range from rich sautéed mushrooms to giant baked potatoes loaded with toppings, mac 'n' cheese, and creamed spinach that would entice anyone to eat more vegetables.
