The Promontory Restaurant Review:

Dine on the first floor of this concert venue, which is part of the University of Chicago’s Harper Court project, one where big windows let in light and an indoor/outdoor vibe nods to its lakefront namesake. Try the hearth-roasted feta with olives and charred peppers, the rich wild boar Bolognese or the worthy lamb burger, which is garnished with smoked feta, preserved tomato relish and black olive tapenade and served alongside chickpea “fries.” For dessert, go for the reinvented baked Alaska, accompanied by hazelnut praline ice cream, espresso meringue and bourbon jelly. Choose among the selections from the brief but serviceable beer and wine lists.
