The Range Steakhouse Restaurant Review:

This classic, classy steakhouse attracts an upscale crowd. A glass entryway leads guests into an airy dining room with rich cherry-wood furnishings, a mahogany color scheme and a view of the Colorado River and surrounding Black Mountains. Among appealing appetizers are crab Louis with avocado, cucumber and creamy tomato vinaigrette; and escargots stuffed in button mushroom caps with a Parmesan crust, accompanied by garlic crostini. Among seafood dishes is the Chilean sea bass served over wild rice pilaf topped with a Provençal sauce and seasonal vegetables. Filet mignon, porterhouse steaks and rib-eye reign, however, along with aged prime rib. Cap your hearty feast with the delicate and fluffy chocolate soufflé paired with your choice of white chocolate crème de menthe or caramel liqueur sauce.
