From an open kitchen placed in the midst of the dining room, chef Laurent Fayet prepares a traditional French fare showcasing the products. Selections might include pâté-croûte de foie gras, duck breast with white and green asparagus, and wild pranws à la plancha with risotto. For dessert, choose from pastries presented on a cart, like a Black Forest cake or a strawberry tart. The set menu costs €49 (lunch and dinner). In summer, unwind on the terrace installed on the 8th floor of the Warwick Champs-Elysées hotel.
