About the restaurant & décor: Spacious with elevated tin ceilings, exposed brick walls and trademark clenched-fist taps, this craft brewery takes local to a new level and is a flocking ground for hipsters and beer connoisseurs alike.
Likes: The beer, naturally.
Dislikes: None.
Food & Drinks: Featuring a rotating selection of its more than two dozen house beers, courtesy of Wil Turner (Goose Island), the drinks flow freely, but the food menu manages to hold its own as well. Pair the seasonal brew Rosa Hibiscus Ale with bar classics such as the Hombre burger (smoked poblano pepper, Chihuahua cheese, red pepper crema and tortilla strips), or go for a more sophisticated, hearty meal of duck confit. Be sure to save room for dessert; you can’t go wrong with a Eugene chocolate cake.
