This suburban restaurant successfully blends the elegance of fine dining with the comfort of down-home classic American food. The home-on-the-range décor has a surprisingly modern feel, with cowhide upholstery and a sparkling chandelier. The menu follows suit, featuring updated versions of traditional dishes made with naturally-raised meats and locally-grown produce. Starters include bone marrow with blood orange demi-glace and baked beans with crispy pork belly, while mains include meatloaf with beer barbecue sauce, roasted chicken with chipotle cheddar mashed potatoes, and filet mignon with clamshell mushroom sauce.
