Sajj Restaurant Review:
After successfully converting its food truck concept into several brick-and-mortar locations in the Bay Area, this popular fast-casual Mediterranean venue has landed in Rancho Santa Margarita's sprawling Plaza El Paseo retail center. The eatery's "build your own" menu enables guests to pick a Mediterranean-inspired main like falafel, pomegranate chicken or steak shawarma and build it around a pita sandwich, wrap or bowl with accoutrements. Creations can also be paired with side dishes, many of which are vegetarian-friendly. Unique all-ages drinks featuring ingredients such as tamarind and mint are on hand to complete the meal.
