Grand Central Market's Sari Sari Store is a Filipino concept spearheaded by Margarita Manzke. (She and her husband, Walter Manzke, are also behind République.) Among the specialties are rice bowls, grilled pork ribs, rotisserie chicken and halo halo, a dessert featuring watermelon ice, leche flan, fresh fruit, tapioca and coconut pandan ice cream.
