THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Sazerac Restaurant Review:

As is fitting at a spot named for a famed NOLA cocktail, Sazerac hosts a popular happy hour, offering a menu of boldly flavored small bites at equally small prices. Our favorite is chef Shawn Applin’s gumbo with andouille sausage. Other noshes include hand-cut french fries, barbecue pulled pork sandwiches with Carolina-style sauce, and bacon-wrapped dates. For a casual lunch, choose among several salads, sandwiches and pizzas. Dinnertime entrées range from cochon du lait to pan-seared sea bass with sauce crevette. Save room for the house-churned ice cream or stout cake. A Northwest-leaning wine list and professional service add to this restaurant’s appeal for Hotel Monaco guests and locals.
