This Georgetown snack shop makes and sells Turkish pretzel-like breads that staff form into sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Toppings include smoked salmon, baba ghanouj and hummus, and for something sweet a spread of Nutella. Additional sandwiches, which are typical Istanbul street food, include a version with turkey, sausage and tomatoes with chipotle mayo; and roast beef, onions and kasseri cheese. Soups, salads and takeout breads complete the menu.
