Preston Center shoppers in need of a midday pick-me-up and Park Cities families seeking a sweet treat after dinner flock to this bright, ultra-modern ice cream shop brought to you by the creators of neighboring Sprinkles Cupcakes. Of course, you'll find the requisite chocolate and vanilla, but here they're made with organic dairy and ultra-premium ingredients like pricey Valrhona cocoa powder. Unique to the shop are such flavors as red velvet (spiked with ribbons of cream cheese frosting and chunks of cupcake), Cap'n Crunch, salty caramel and malted milk chocolate. Order up a plain scoop in a simple paper cup or get fancy with toppings ranging from crumbled cupcakes to butterscotch sauce. Other options include house-made red velvet waffle cones, ice cream sandwiches made with either unfrosted cupcake tops or freshly baked cookies (think salted oatmeal cornflake), and milk shakes with an entire cupcake blended inside. Beware long lines in the evenings --- and the need to perhaps loosen your belt a couple notches.
