The team behind Webster’s Wine Bar and The Bluebird along with sommelier Jeremy Quinn traveled extensively throughout Europe to research small batch, family and specialty vineyards to construct their diverse wine list at Telegraph. Its selections are available by the glass, half-carafe and bottle. Chef John Anderes crafts small plates with seasonal influences, like veal sweetbreads, duck meatballs, and pork rillettes with ham, garlic aïoli and house-made pickles. Fresh oysters and fish, plus snacks such as imported olives and artisan cheeses from here and abroad, round out a sharable meal. Pastry chef Katie Wyer likes her chocolate, as seen in the simple brownies, cakes, ganache infusions and homemade ice creams. Whatever you choose may be paired with suggested after-dinner pours and sweet liqueurs.
