Thai House Restaurant Review:
The Thai House is cheap and dependable, and when you're hungry for a bowl of spicy tom yum (coconut soup with chilies, lemon grass and lemon juice) or a crispy heap of pad se-ew (noodles stir fried with sweet soy sauce), this is the place. The wait can be long on weekends, but service is efficient---just order by pointing. The ginger fish---a deep-fried whole red snapper served with ground pork, ginger and vegetables---is attractively presented. Prawns in chili sauce and mussels with garlic and basil are other good seafood choices. Or stick with simple stir-fries like cashews with beef, chicken or panang duck. Add a side of yellow curry fried rice for good measure---and count on plenty of leftovers.
