Tina and Louise are two Shanghai-born sisters who created this warm, welcoming little (read crowded) restaurant with an exotic interior of brick and ocher and a glowing pressed-copper ceiling. We suggest the tangerine beef for a distinctive blend of flavors and textures as well as the Shanghai dumpling soup, which is warm and comforting.
