Rockville’s Trapezaria offers traditional Greek and Mediterranean cuisine that far surpasses the typical salad with pita and stuffed grape leaves. For example, patrons should order the mashed fava bean spread with pita triangles, and the melitzanosalata, a purée of mildly garlicky eggplant that is spoon-ready. Head to the traditional entrées, from delicate moussaka and pastichio to arni psito (boneless leg of lamb). Broiled entrées include a choice of various fish and meat cuts.
