Turf Supper Club Restaurant Review:

Let's just say upfront that the Turf Supper Club, or Turf Club as it is commonly known, is not for vegetarians. The menu consists of meat, meat and more meat. Sure, you can get a vegetable kebab and a side salad, but the main ingredient here is beef (with some perfunctory chicken and fish). So, if you are ready for a night of grill-your-own steaks and hipster people-watching, this is your new favorite place. Open since 1950 (but re-established in 1998), the club has a decidedly retro décor, low on light, space and fresh air, smoke being a natural by-product of the center-of-the-room grill. But it abounds in old-school Vegas atmosphere and no-frills cuisine. You can order the side of garlic bread and salad, but you will be left dreaming of a baked potato. This throwback spot also features classic cocktails, cold brews, great music and old movies. Food is served late, until 1 a.m., and the piano bar hops every Sunday from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
