Uncle Jack's Steakhouse Restaurant Review:

The speakeasy-inspired décor of Uncle Jack's Steakhouse features red velvet chairs and a rich mahogany bar. Standout starters include the Panamanian jumbo shrimp cocktail and the fresh buffalini mozzarella and tomato salad over organic greens with basil and balsamic reduction. As expected, the house specialty is the beef, aged in-house for 21 days. Choices include a 16-ounce filet, a ten-ounce filet with a ten-ounce lobster tail, or a Kobe sirloin that’s been hand-massaged in saké. The 48-ounce porterhouse for two, sliced French-style and served basking in its own jus, is considered the eatery’s masterpiece and it is tender and nicely grilled, with a slightly hickory-tinged flavor. Free-range chicken, fresh seafood and oversize chops are often available as chef's specials. The lunch menu offers "The Big Jack" USDA Prime burger and a Kobe beef burger, both accompanied by an organic salad and steak fries.
