THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Villa Farotto Restaurant Review:

Villa Farotto offers five distinct dining experiences. One is the café, an order-at-the-counter casual affair. Let’s leave that aside and focus where the action is: The Vineyards (the fine dining room), The Cellar (the casual bar area) and the outdoor patios attached to each of them. Few restaurateurs could succeed in melding all these facets, and we give credit to Gerard and Lisa Parrott LaRuffa, she of the Farotto family. The menu leans toward northern Italy, with many American flourishes, including the local favorite toasted ravioli. Naturally, there's pizza and pasta, too, but the wise aim for a carefully trimmed osso buco, gently braised in red wine until it's tender and begging to be nudged off the bone. Reservations are a must. On weekend nights, it seems half the county is here dancing, despite its location on the far western edge of the metro area.
