THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED West Bridge Restaurant Review:

West Bridge is a venture of Alexis Gelburd-Kimler and chef Matthew Gaudet (previously of the Aquitaine Group). The interior of the former Boston Woven Hose Factory has been renovated in a loft style with floor-to-ceiling windows and reclaimed floors. Start with a Strawberry Cobbler cocktail (strawberry-infused vodka, mint and lime) paired with a small plate such as the sunchoke salad. Next up could be the “Egg in a Jar” (duck egg, hen of the woods, pomme purée); crispy pig’s head with fried egg purée; black Tuscan kale with duck confit; carrots with granola, barley milk and ricotta; or Burgundy snails with black garlic. Mains are limited to just four choices but they’re done quite well, especially the fluke with red endive and pea tendrils.
