Zuuk Mediterranean Kitchen Restaurant Review:
The concept of Zuuk, which is brought to Brickell from the guys behind My Ceviche, is simple: guests build their own Mediterranean bowls with salad or rice as the base, adding up to three dips or spreads (roasted red pepper or traditional hummus, kalamata olive yogurt dip, za'atar-feta, baba ghanouj and mint tzatziki). Then it’s finished off with a choice of proteins and vegetables; think hormone- and antibiotic-free chicken seasoned with turmeric, oregano and lemon; baked falafel; seasonal roasted vegetables; or slow-roasted beef or spiced lamb kefte. Local kombucha pairs rather nicely regardless of the contents of your bowl.
