The flavors of Asia matched up with French cooking techniques reside in this earth-toned, split-level SoMa restaurant. Executive chef John Beardsley prepares favorites like the red curry duck with coconut risotto that still brings a smile to the faces of regulars. Small plates include spicy curried calamari and balsamic-black pepper-glazed pork ribs. Dishes can be ordered family-style as well as individually. Desserts like chamomile rice pudding crème brûlée with watermelon-saké sorbet bring the best of the east and west together for a sweet ending.
