| This small café produces authentically firm and chewy bagels all day long. Service will also remind you of New York, meaning don't expect Seattle charm. Bagels can be ordered plain, as a breakfast sandwich or as a deli sandwich. The Fremont Rocket with chicken breast, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and chipotle mayonnaise is a winner. We also like the Emerald City Gem, with turkey, Havarti cheese, avocado, red onion and ginger-cilantro mayo. The bialys are good, but the soups and salads lack that certain something. |
