Baja Cantina Restaurant Review:

On the road winding into Carmel Valley, there’s a place lit with energy. Car lovers will appreciate the setting, complete with gas pumps and vintage auto memorabilia. Occasional live music on the large outdoor deck and a clientele of vacationing golfers, Harley riders or the entire Carmel High football team add to the character. A cocktail of large camarones refreshes just as well as a margarita. The Monterey Bay quesadilla, with its artichoke hearts and juicy prawns, is satisfying, as is the baked local vegetable burrito. One note --- unlike many area restaurants, the patio at this one is not pet-friendly.
