Baja Fresh is a happening place at lunch when the hungry lines stretch out the door. If you haven't arrived by 11:30 a.m., you'll probably be late getting back to the office. Baja's claim to fame is the freshness of the ingredients. You won't find cans, lard or preservatives, and they don't even have a freezer. Some items, including soft tacos, burritos, taquitos and tostadas, take a while to be served but are worth the wait. The chicken quesadilla is a giant pie served with fresh salsa and sour cream. Choose your heat level from the salsas at the fresh salsa bar. If you can find an empty table, dine al fresco on the small patio.
