 A good place for beef each night, Bally's Steakhouse is transformed every Sunday into one of the most luxurious brunches in town and reborn as The Sterling Brunch. The glittering silver of the title holds caviar and foie gras, and the Champagne is vintage. Visitors and locals alike flock to the abundant offerings of sushi, omelets, beef tenderloin and prime rib. Reservations are essential days in advance for this $85 per person extravaganza, and when you've been buffeted and brunched-out by the run-of-the-mill, you'll like this wallow in old-world upper-class dining in the daytime.
