THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bandera Restaurant Review

: The scent of meat roasting on the rotisserie grill is strong enough to overpower everything else---including your well-meaning vegetarian tendencies. Though you may plan on sticking with the grilled artichoke or the veggie platter, impulse may get the best of you. Our advice? Just enjoy the sticky, tender honey-barbecued ribs or rich, smoked-flavored slices of rotisserie lamb or seared filet of beef that arrive piping hot at your table. Indulge in a good bottle of red wine---there's no corkage fee, so bring your own if you want. Finish up with a house-made ice cream sandwich. Perhaps you'll have to spend the next few days virtuously counting calories, but that's part and parcel of dining here---and as a glance around the packed dining room will prove, it certainly hasn't hurt business any.
