THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Barbeque Masters Tavern’s emphasis during the day is the cozy Wood Smoked Eatery. At night, it’s the adjoining Tavern---a sprawling space that houses the busy bar-lounge with its array of big screens and video poker machines. Families are welcome to dine---the menu for kids 12 and under includes chicken nuggets and ribs. Among signature appetizers are The Masters Wings with blue cheese or ranch dressing. The Masters Barbeque salad comes with your choice of chicken, pork or beef. The Masters Fat Burger is served on a bed of chopped lettuce, tomato slices, relish, cheese and chopped onions in a sesame seed bun. Among sandwiches are the chicken breast and beef brisket with a side choice that includes french fries, coleslaw, onion rings and black-eyed peas. Entrée platters of pork spare ribs, beef ribs, baby-back ribs and all the above-mentioned meats come with two sides and sweet, hot or mild barbecue sauce. The peach cobbler is enough for two. Food service ends at 9 p.m.; the 24/7 bar-lounge is open to guests 21 years and over, and a band sets the rhythm for partying on Saturday nights.
