Owner Chris Way has been serving up crabcakes, soft shell crabs, oysters, shrimp, and fish for 16 years. He likes to experiment and twist a recipe until he gets it right to present as a daily special. Way is also the creator of Dad-L Do-It Hot Sauce, made from St. Augustines famous dadil peppers. When Way first put the hot sauce out on the tables, diners became so enamored by it that they accidentally slipped the bottles into their pockets and purses. These days are over, since his famous sauce is sold nationwide in grocery stores and specialty shops.
