Barrafina Restaurant Review

: Sam and Eddie Hart’s stylish Barrafina has one L-shaped marble counter with high stools for just 20-plus customers who can sit and sip a sherry or any of the well-chosen 31 wines by the glass and watch the chefs at work at the steel hotplate. The freshest of ingredients make the best tapas, which include plates of thinly carved quality jamón, razor clams, squid and prawns, and dishes like the classic tortilla. It's fun, friendly and provides plenty of entertainment. The only quibble so far is the inevitable queuing, and they have a remarkably relaxed attitude about customers lingering over their food and wine.
