Battery Harris Restaurant Review:

Situated at the corner of a largely residential street in Williamsburg, save for the outdoor bar this little wooden box of a restaurant appears at first glance more like someone's modest dwelling. But inside, the industrial, slightly deconstructed space is festive and energetic, offering sometimes interesting takes on standard bar food, drinks and live music. It was conceived by a duo of restaurateurs who were bred in Rockaway, and the place is named for one of its historic areas. The menu includes an underwhelming Jamaican jerk chicken and barbecued chicken wings, while sandwiches are influenced by Cajun fare --- think blackened catfish and spicy Creole-style chicken. There are numerous beers on tap, inventive cocktails and an array of wines by the glass and bottle.
