THIS RESTAURANT HAS CLOSED. This Cary favorite serves up fresh seafood and steaks in an upscale contemporary atmosphere whose focal point is a large saltwater aquarium dividing the dining room and bar. Fish and shellfish, delivered fresh daily, are transformed into offerings such as Carolina crab cakes, coconut fried shrimp and chile-rubbed salmon. For the purist, there's a selection of a half dozen or so daily fresh catch selections, prepared simply (usually grilled). Beefeaters are partial to the herb-roasted prime rib and the mesquite-grilled filet mignon topped with blue cheese.
