| This Westend Cajun/Creole destination vies with other city faves such as Acadiana and Eatonville, bringing to the nation’s capital yet another Southern-eats experience. Drinks and spirits more than the food may be the main draw here, and there’s Big Easy music too. While you stop by, you might as well grab an oyster po’ boy---or for a change of pace, a catfish, barbecue shrimp or turkey version---and a cup of gumbo too.
