The Bazaar by José Andrés Restaurant Review: The second outpost of The Bazaar by José Andrés is located in the SLS Hotel South Beach, a luxe renovation of the historic Ritz Plaza Hotel. The Deco-inspired space by Philippe Starck features a huge shell-encrusted chandelier in the dining room and a buzzing indoor-outdoor lounge with a pool bar. The menu of over five dozen small plates constructed with thought-provoking techniques are meant for sharing: sea urchin cream with seaweed and ponzu; tuna ceviche with dragon fruit; bone marrow with white truffle, citrus and capers; grilled eel tacos. There’s also more traditional sautéed spinach with apples, pine nuts and raisins; dry-cured jamon Ibérico; and Spanish cheeses to pair with the extensive, mostly Spanish wine list.
