Beau Jo's Restaurant Review:

Families, little league teams, tourists and bread heads go nuts over the Rocky Mountain-style, honey-sweetened pizza at these Colorado-born pie lodges. Beau loads up twin crusts --- thick or thin --- with mountain-sized portions of meats, vegetables, cheeses (including vegan) and a few oddball combinations. In addition to high altitude pies, which can be ordered without gluten, the house turns out garlic bread, calzones, sandwiches, hot wings and a sprawling, all-you-can-eat salad bar loaded with the usual suspects and a few gold nuggets. Pitchers of draft beer and pizza crusts dipped in honey for dessert complete the experience.
