 Beer Belly Restaurant Review: Beer Belly in Koreatown features local craft brews and a menu of pub grub. The intimate venue, which was once a garage, offers a row of tables against the wall, a bar in the front and an outdoor patio. The dozen beers on tap are constantly rotating, but you might find selections from Craftsman, Golden Road and Eagle Rock Brewery. For $10, guests can sample a flight of four beers. There’s also happy hour daily from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with $4 featured draft beer, $1 off craft cans and $14 steak and fries. Meanwhile, chef Wes Lieberher serves up creative comfort fare from the ever-evolving menu, including dishes like duck fat fries, pork belly chips, chipotle and beer-braised short rib, jidori hot wings and deep-fried Twinkies.
