THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bellavino Wine Bar & Restaurant Restaurant Review

: This wine bar has a cheese selection that will warm your heart. More than twenty different cheeses from around the world complement the menu, providing ample choices to pair with your wine. In addition, the kitchen turns out interesting dishes like pan-seared sea bass with miso-passion fruit sauce, an Etorki cheese-topped Kobe burger, and braised short ribs over pappardelle. About forty wines are poured by the glass, including Champagnes and dessert wines, plus imported ales. The fifteen-page global list of bottles is noteworthy for a suburban wine bar, ranging from first-growth Bordeaux to quirky Australian boutique wineries to cult California favorites like Screaming Eagle. Bright colors with bold pop art and hand-blown lighting fixtures give the dining room a warm, playful feel, while a seductively underlit bar draws an eclectic crowd.
