Named for a town in Galway, Bellew puts Irish spin on a contemporary American menu. There’s a tavern component in this Murray Hill duplex and green is the operative color in the attractive dining room. Chef Christopher Daly does wood-grilled Bellew burgers at the bar while more leisurely-inclined visitors dine on house-cured salmon, lamb prepared five ways, sturdy Irish cheeses and frozen soufflés with Irish honey.
