Benihana is edible entertainment. A dated act to some, the dazzling dexterity of the knife-flipping chefs at the table, slicing, dicing and cooking before your eyes is a hoot for first-timers or kids. The restaurants are ethnically authentic to see, and given the sizzle of tabletop fry-ups, aromatic as well. It’s one way to get the younger set to eat their sprouts.
