Bertucci's Restaurant Review: Big with families and the after-work crowd, this New Jersey outpost of the national casual Italian chain delivers large portions and dependably tasty pizza and pasta at value prices. The giant brick oven is the main attraction for roasting vegetables and baking the signature thin-crust pizzas. Specialties include a roasted artichoke fonduta and a dessert of apple cranberry or chocolate hazelnut crostata. Pasta, calzone and panini join the pizzas as full meals or snacks. Guests can create their own pizza and even amidst all this dough, there's a gluten-free menu. |
