 Celebrity chef Todd English (Olives) and actress Eva Longoria spun off their vibrant Hollywood restaurant Beso with a branch in the Crystals retail and entertainment district, which opened at CityCenter in Las Vegas in December 2009. Named after the Spanish word for "kiss," Beso features a sexy interior with Swarovski Crystal chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling windows, an exhibition kitchen, and large lounge area. The menu offers steaks and Latin-inspired entrées with a contemporary twist. Start with a few selections from the raw bar or the artichoke guacamole with crispy pita chips. Various cuts of Black Angus beef can be augmented with sauces like tequila peppercorn, horseradish cream, and chimichurri. Side dishes range from traditional creamed spinach to lobster macaroni cheese and even black beans and rice. Also making a menu appearance is Todd English's signature paella with lobster, shellfish and chorizo.
