Since Wolfgang Puck opened take-out spots all over town, the tony The Bistro Garden at Coldwater probably figured: Why not? At BG-to-Go you can get flank steak with mashed potatoes, a whole rotisserie-roasted chicken, along with sandwiches, salads, pastas, and---unusual for a bistro---ribs. The Bistro’s famous chocolate soufflé is a treat. Stop by early on weekend mornings, when fresh-baked croissants---and the gaze-at-the-world-as-it-goes-by patio seats---are the main attractions.
