Here's a menu you don't find just anywhere, not even in trendy Naples. Big City visitors may feel like the menu is an old friend, but for most Floridians, there's adventure here. Not everything offered is unknown, but the spices and aromas are certainly different. Try the spicy garlic New Zealand green shell mussels simmered in a tomato broth as an appetizer. Or perhaps eggplant and artichoke layered with Bulgarian feta, olives and mustard dill. Persian cuisine choices include spicy kermani beef---tenderloin chunks and hot peppers in a saffron sauce with cucumber yogurt, or seafood rashti---shrimp, scallops and fish sautéed with exotic mushrooms. The spicy apricot chicken is also worth a taste. Of course, there is Persian cous cous---fish, chicken and assorted shellfish simmered with saffron. The menu also features kabobs, lamb, duck and more.
