Bijou Plage Restaurant Review: Here's a rarity: a real "bijou" of a Riviera beach restaurant, open year round to boot. The chef deftly selects and prepares fresh fish for a gilt-edged clientele: John Dory grilled with vinaigrette and capon fillet with bouillabaisse jus are excellent choices. Appealing Provençal cellar.
